Bob Casanova holds a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of San Francisco and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As an active clinician, his practice includes adolescents and their families, and the facilitation of several boys’ groups on a weekly basis. Bob has been a clinical staff member of the Kids Off Chemicals intensive outpatient program in Santa Rosa. He presently serves as a consultant and clinician for the Home Treatment Program for the Sonoma County Juvenile Probation Department. Bob is also a consultant for the Sonoma County Day School.
Bob is President of Social Advocates for Youth (SAY) in Santa Rosa, California. SAY was founded by community leaders and youth advocates who were concerned about the lack of child abuse prevention and intervention services for children and adolescents in Sonoma County. In 2010, Bob was awarded the Irvin Katz Memorial Award by The Independent Educational Consultants Association Foundation.
Bob offers
therapeutic/special needs placement counseling out of McClure, Mallory, Baron & Ross’s satellite office in
Santa Rosa, California.
